MittID06 has been up and running since May 27—ID06’s new customer portal that brings together several important features in one place.
In MittID06, you can, among other things, register companies, order ID06 cards, manage card administration, and get a better overview of invoices and purchases. We are still experiencing teething problems, resulting in long processing times, and are working intensively to improve workflows,
handle cases, and prioritize the measures that have the greatest impact on our customers. To make things easier for you as a customer, we’ve compiled a list of new procedures and features here that are
important to know about.
Check and update your logo in MittID06
If your logo is missing or needs to be changed, you can do so under "Organization Details" at
MittID06.
Here's how to do it:
- Log in to MittID06 and click on "Organization Details."
- Click "Edit" under the "Logo" heading.
- Upload the new logo.
- Save, and then click Close.
Before placing your card order, we recommend that you verify that the information under"
" > "Organization Details " is correct.
Identity Verification and Photo
In MittID06, the photo from a passport or national ID card is used as part of the identity verification process. The purpose is to make the process more secure and reduce the risk of someone using another person’s identity.

Complete the card order after the card invitation has been approved
If you are an administrator, it is important to remember that the card order must be completed after the cardholder has approved the card invitation. You can find approved card invitations under “Order Card” with the status “Pending.” There, you can select the validity period and any add-ons before submitting the order. Use the ID06 Digital Certificate while waiting for the card
Once a card has been ordered and approved, the cardholder gains access to the ID06 Digital Certificate while waiting for the physical ID06 card to be produced and mailed.
The digital proof shows that the ID06 card has been ordered, that the checks have been completed, and that the card is on its way.
