Create a personal account

Your personal account gives you access to the features of MittID06. The account remains active over time, even if you work with several different companies. If you are self-employed and need to order a card for yourself, you must first create a personal account and follow the remaining steps.

Sign in with your digital ID

Choose how you want to verify your identity. With e-ID, you can create an account quickly and easily—we’ll automatically populate the account with your information.

Question: Don't have an e-ID?
Answer: In that case, register your personal email address and mobile phone number to verify your identity.

Enter your email address and mobile phone number. Use the codes you receive to verify your account. We’ll use this contact information to reach you, so it’s important that you use an email address you plan to keep using.

The account has been created

Welcome! After accepting the terms and conditions, you now have an account on ID06’s customer platform, MittID06. You can find your account settings in the menu in the upper right corner.

Register an organization

To order cards, you must register the organization for which you are an authorized signatory or which you represent as an administrator. Since you can register multiple organizations under the same personal account, select the one you represent when you are logged in to MittID06.

Here's how to do it

Enter information about the organization you are registering

Search for information using the organization number and verify that the retrieved information is correct. Then add additional details, such as billing information. You can also upload a logo, which will then appear on all cards.

Question: We don't have a logo, so how should we proceed?
Answer: A logo is not required.

Select the role you represent

Are you an authorized signatory for the organization or an administrator responsible for ordering ID06 cards?

• As an authorized signatory, you can immediately approve the company’s registration with ID06 and gain access to all features.

• As an administrator, you can enter all the company information and then invite an authorized signatory to approve the registration.

The organization is registered

After accepting the agreements by checking the box, you have now registered an “organization” in MittID06. You can now view your organization’s home page. In the top-right corner of the menu, there is now an envelope icon where you will receive messages from MittID06.

Send invitations and order cards

You will need the names, email addresses, and dates of birth of the employees for whom you are ordering cards. If you are ordering cards for yourself at the company where you are an authorized signatory, enter your own information and invite yourself.

Here's how to do it

Invite

On the home page, click “Order cards.” Then select “Invite a new employee” and enter their name, email address, and date of birth. It’s important to use a valid email address. The employee will now see the invitation and must accept it to complete the card order.

Question: I’m self-employed and want to place an order for myself. How do I do that?
Answer: Invite yourself, and then proceed to process your order.

Manage your order

Once the employee has approved the invitation to order cards, select the validity period and any add-ons. Then select the shipping address and delivery option.

IMPORTANT: You may need to add documents such as an A1 certificate, a SINK decision (special income tax for non-residents), an A-tax form, or an A1 application. These documents must be uploaded to the correct section of the card application form. The form clearly indicates where each document should be uploaded. If documents are uploaded in the wrong place, the card order will be denied.

Add to cart and submit your order. Before submitting, you can enter a reference and reference code. Once the order is submitted, the employee will be able to track the card order on their home page in MittID06. In the meantime, the employee can use their digital ID.
