In order to validate more certificates and process pending card orders, ID06 Support currently has temporary hours for phone calls from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The phone lines will remain open throughout this period, with no lunch break.

Processing times are currently longer than usual. We understand that this may affect you while you wait for a response, and we are working as quickly as we can to process incoming cases and short orders.

You can order an ID06 card up to two weeks before the card needs to become valid. We therefore recommend that you place your order well in advance.
