Would you like to register a municipality or other organization/business entity with ID06? Municipalities, government agencies, county councils, religious organizations, foundations, churches, or foreign companies, for example, need to contact us to create a business account.

How do I connect a municipality or other organization to ID06?

If you need to connect a municipality or other organization to ID06, please contact us.

The reason for this is that a municipality or other organization does not have a designated signatory, in which case automatic registration is not possible. A signatory for the organization must approve ID06’s general terms and conditions and sign the agreement between ID06 AB and your organization.

For Swedish limited liability companies and Swedish self-employed individuals, however, this verification takes place automatically.

1. Acceptable documents include: Board meeting minutes (a single board member is accepted as an authorized signatory)
2. Alternatively, a power of attorney verifying that the authority to sign on behalf of the company has been delegated to the person authorized to enter into agreements with ID06 AB. When uploading a power of attorney, a copy of the signatory’s passport is also required; this can be uploaded as Attachment 2.
