ID06 Competence database
With the ID06 Skills Database, your educational credentials are stored directly on your ID06 card. This makes it easy for clients and employers to quickly and easily verify that you have the right education and qualifications for the job.
The right skills and qualifications
Many work tasks require the proper training and certification—for example, for hot work, electrical safety, or fall protection. This is not only a legal requirement, but also determines whether the work can be performed and whether insurance coverage applies.
The ID06 Skills Database digitally consolidates all skills in one place. When a training course is completed, it is registered by an accredited training provider directly under the individual’s personal identification number and automatically linked to the person’s ID06 card.
This allows you to quickly verify credentials on-site. By scanning the card with a reader or in the ID06 Status Control app, you can immediately see what access rights the person has.
Today, there are over 2 million registered educational credentials in the system, and tens of thousands more are added every month. Hundreds of educational institutions are accredited to ensure quality and reliability.
Skills and training directly on your ID06 card
- If you’re an ID06 cardholder, you don’t have to worry about lost or forgotten educational credentials. Everything you need will be available in the ID06 Competency Database. It’s also easy to generate a list of your own educational credentials that are registered in the ID06 Competency Database.
- You can see for yourself which courses are registered for you by logging in with BankID.
- The training provider is responsible for registering the training certificate in the ID06 Competency Database. To do so, the training provider must be accredited by ID06.
- With employer access rights, the company can view its own employees' educational certificates that are registered in the ID06 Competence Database.
- At the workplace, ID06 Application Partner provides readers and applications.
