ID06 Stamp continuously ID06 Stamp information from your employee ledger at all your company’s work locations. This gives you active control over your employee ledger, which your employees update by clocking in and out at a work location.
You will be able to access the data collected since ID06 Stamp in November 2021, regardless of when you start using the service. In addition, ID06 Stamp meets the ID06 Stamp requirements for a storage service under the retention requirements ofthe Tax Procedure Regulation.
You can also easily retrieve a copy of your company’s personnel register data through the service. This is particularly useful if, for example, a government agency conducts a follow-up inspection after visiting your workplace and needs specific information.
The analysis tool provides you with a clear overview of what needs to be addressed to meet the requirements for a healthy workplace. In addition, the tool allows you to identify errors, such as duplicate entries and incorrect logins and logouts.
Enable ID06 Stamp
If you are the administrator of your ID06 account, you can activate the service by following these 4 steps:
- Log in to theID06 Portal
- Then select “Company Name” in the upper-right corner to go to “User Management”
- Next, enter a new or existing user and select the option “Company Administrator for Mitt ID06 Stamp
- Now go to the service displayed on the home page (in the ID06 Portal) and finally select to activate ID06 Stamp. Done!
