För dig som använder eller berörs av ID06 Identify

ID06 Identify (nedan ”Appen”) hanteras av ID06 AB, org. nr. 559052-2040 (nedan ”ID06”, ”Vi”). ID06 månar om din integritet och följer dataskyddslagstiftningen. Vi vill därför informera dig om vår behandling av dina personuppgifter när du använder Appen samt om du har kontakt med oss. Observera att genom att du använder dig av Appen så samtycker du till att ID06 använder dina biometriska uppgifter då det är en app som används av privatpersoner för att skanna sin biometriska identitetshandling och i förekommande fall sitt uppehållstillståndskort för att verifiera sin identitet och sin rätt att arbeta i Sverige. Dokumentet som skannas verifierar din identitet och informationen läggs till på ditt konto i MittID06. Vid användning av Appen äkthetskontrolleras din identitetshandling och/eller ditt uppehållstillståndskort och information tillförs ditt konto i MittID06.

Vilka personuppgifter behandlas och för vilka ändamål?

Personuppgifter är sådan information som, direkt eller indirekt, kan hänföras till en fysisk person som är i livet. Exempel på sådan information är namn, kontaktuppgifter, personnummer, IP-adress och innehåll i e-postadress och annan kommunikation. ID06 behandlar i första hand personuppgifter som vi samlar in direkt från dig när du via Appen ansöker om att få tillgång till och därefter använder Appen.

De kategorier av personuppgifter vi behandlar i Appen:

ditt för- och efternamn,
ditt personnummer eller motsvarande identitetsnummer,
din nationalitet och din status inom medlemsterritoriet,
kontroll av biometriska uppgifter såsom det fotografi som finns i den handling du skannar samt rörlig ansiktsbild för att jämföra med den skannade handlingen,
uppgifter om hur du interagerar med och använder Appen (t.ex. antalet inloggningar, antalet skanningar, klickningar, etc.) samt
eventuella andra personuppgifter som du lämnar till oss i samband med att vi kommunicerar med dig.

Vi behandlar personuppgifterna ovan för ändamålen att (1) möjliggöra för dig att snabbt verifiera din identitet och rätten att arbeta i Sverige, (2) säkerställa att endast behöriga personer har tillgång till Appen och att användning sker i enlighet med tillämpliga villkor för användning av Appen, (3) underhålla, testa och förbättra Appen, (4) möjliggöra förvaltning, utveckling och test av Appen i syfte att säkerställa att våra plattformar håller hög kvalitet samt för att upptäcka och förhindra säkerhetsangrepp t.ex. virusattacker, samt (5) kommunicera med dig eller med din arbetsgivare (t.ex. för att besvara förfrågningar från dig eller din arbetsgivare gällande fakturafrågor). Vi är personuppgiftsansvariga för våra behandlingar och ansvarar för att följa tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning.

Laglig grund

Behandlingen baseras med samtycke och berättigat intresse som rättslig grund enligt artikel 6:1 a, f GDPR.

Samtycke
Genom att du använder dig av Appen så samtycker du till att vi använder dina biometriska uppgifter (dvs. att vi ta en rörlig bild av dig) i syfte att validera din identitet. Om du inte vill samtycka till denna behandling i Appen kan du istället för att använda Appen validera din identitet genom att uppsöka en av ID06 ackrediterade skanningspartners och manuellt skanna din handling. Berättigat intresse
Vi har bedömt att ID06 har ett berättigat intresse att verifiera din identitet, din rätt att arbeta i Sverige, kommunicera med dig och din arbetsgivare samt testa &utveckla Appen. Denna behandling är nödvändig för att uppnå ändamålen och väger tyngre än vad detta intrång i din integritet innebär.

Lagringstid
När du skannat din handling skickas informationen via SDK (Software Development Kit) och hämtas från en API-server efter behandling. Informationen ligger tillgänglig i 20 minuter men i praktiken sker detta i realtid. Godkänd skanning raderas därefter omgående medan de som inte passerar kontrollen ligger kvar i sju dygn. Den biometriska informationen raderas alltid direkt efter behandling. Övriga uppgifter lagras inte i Appen men däremot i ditt konto hos ID06, vilket är aktivt under den tid du själv väljer att det ska vara aktivt. Den rörliga bilden som jämförs med fotot i din identitetshandling raderas efter kontroll.

Mottagare
Tjänsteleverantörer som vi samarbetar med för att tillhandahålla Appen, t.ex. IT-leverantörer.

Dina rättigheter

ID06 är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter. Du har följande rättigheter gentemot oss:

Rätt till tillgång (registerutdrag) – en rätt att få bekräftelse på och information om din personuppgiftsbehandling.
Rätt till rättelse – en rätt att få felaktiga uppgifter rättade.
Rätt till radering – en rätt att få uppgifter borttagna.
Rätt till invändning – en rätt att invända mot behandling som baseras på intresseavvägning.
Rätt till begränsad behandling – en rätt att kräva att personuppgiftsbehandlingen begränsas, exempelvis om du motsätter dig uppgifters riktighet. Under tiden som riktigheten undersöks är ID06s tillgång till uppgifterna begränsad.
Rätt till dataportabilitet – en rätt att kräva att personuppgifter flyttas från en personuppgifts-ansvarig till annan. Denna rättighet är begränsad till uppgifter som du själv tillhandahållit oss.

Det kan finnas villkor för, och begränsningar av, dina möjligheter att nyttja ovan rättigheter. Om du anser att vår behandling inte sker i enlighet med dataskyddslagstiftningen, har du också rätt att klaga till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, som är tillsynsmyndighet.

Privacy Notice ID06 Identify

For those who use or are affected by ID06 Identify

ID06 Identify (hereinafter ”the App”) is managed by ID06 AB, Business Registration Number 559052-2040 (hereinafter ”ID06”, ”We”, ”our” or ”Us”). ID06 values your privacy and complies with data protection legislation. We would therefore like to inform you about how we process your personal data when you use the App or contact Us. If you would like to know more about ID06 and how we process personal data within the ID06 system or when you visit www.ID06.se, please read the ID06 Privacy Notice for the ID06 system called GDPR & Agreement – ID06.

Please note that by using the App, you consent to ID06 processing your biometric data. The App is used by private individuals to scan their biometric identity document and, where applicable, their residence permit card to verify their identity and right to work in Sweden. The scanned document verifies your identity, and the information is added to your account in MittID06. When using the App, your identity document and/or residence permit card is authenticated, and the information is added to your account in MyID06.

What personal data is processed and for what purposes?

Personal data refers to information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living natural person. Examples of such information include name, contact details, social security number or equivalent identity number, IP address, and the content of emails and other communications. ID06 primarily processes personal data that we collect directly from you when you apply for access to the App and subsequently use it.

The categories of personal data we process in the App include:

Your first and last name;
Your social security number or equivalent identity number;
Your nationality and your status in the relevant EU member state;
Biometric data such as the photograph contained in the document you are scanning and a dynamic facial image to compare with the scanned document;
Data on how you interact with and use the App (e.g. number of logins, number of scans, clicks, etc.); and
Any other personal data you provide to us when communicating with us.

We process the personal data above for the purposes of (1) enabling you to verify your identity and right to work in Sweden, (2) ensuring that only authorised persons have access to the App and that its use complies with the applicable Terms and Conditions, (3) maintaining, testing and improving the App, (4) managing, developing, and testing the App to ensure high-quality platforms and detect and prevent security threats, such as virus attacks, and (5) communicating with you or with your employer (e.g. responding to requests from you or your employer regarding invoices).
We are the data controller for our processing operations and are responsible for complying with applicable data protection legislation.

Legal basis

The processing is based on consent and legitimate interest as the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR.

Consent

By using the App, you consent to us processing your biometric data (i.e., capturing a dynamic facial image of you) for the purpose of validating your identity. If you do not wish to consent to this processing in the App you can instead validate your identity manually by visiting one of ID06’s accredited scanning partners. A list of our scanning partners is available here.

Legitimate Interest

ID06 has a legitimate interest in verifying your identity, your right to work in Sweden, communicating with you and your employer, and testing and developing the App. This processing is necessary to fulfil these purposes and outweighs any potential infringement of your privacy.

Retention Period

Once you have scanned your document, the information is sent via the SDK (Software Development Kit) and retrieved from an API server after being processed. The information is available for 20 minutes but is generally retrieved in real-time. Approved scans are deleted immediately, while those that do not pass the check are retained for seven days. Biometric information is always deleted immediately after processing. Other information is not stored in the App but in your account with ID06, which remains active for as long as you choose. The panoramic facial image, which is compared with the photo in your identity document, is deleted after verification.

Recipients

We share your personal data with service providers we work with to provide the App, such as IT providers.

Your rights

ID06 is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. You, as a data subject, have the following rights:

Right of access (data subject requests) – the right to obtain confirmation and information about your personal data processing.
Right to rectification – The right to have incorrect data corrected.
Right to erasure – The right to have data removed.
Right to object – The right to object to processing based on legitimate Interest.
Right to restrict processing – The right to request that processing be restricted, e.g., if you contest the accuracy of the data. While accuracy is being investigated, ID06’s access to the data will be restricted.
Right to data portability – The right to request the transfer of personal data from one controller to another. This right applies only to data that you have provided to us yourself.

There may be conditions and restrictions affecting your ability to exercise these rights. If you believe our processing does not comply with applicable data protection legislation, please do not hesitate to contact out DPO (for contact information, see below). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with , the relevant supervisory authority, in this case the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
